  • Are all FEAR-NONE products Made In The USA?

Absolutely, which is why we say “1000% Made in the USA”  to stress the “American-ness” of our products.  All design, assembly, and manufacturing is done in the USA.  Nothing we make is foreign.


  • What is your return/exchange policy?

FEAR-NONE operates the famed NO-FEAR™ Guarantee which is the BEST warranty in the industry.  We totally stand behind ALL of our Products.

FEAR-NONE guarantees its merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange and pick up the return postage cost*. FEAR-NONE Gear will issue a refund within 90 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.  FEAR-NONE agrees to pay return postage on items bought and used within the USA*. 

All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unmodified, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

Merchandise received after 90 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

  • Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Yes. Your credit card will be charged once an order is approved, after checkout process. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.


  • Why should I become a registered user?

You won't have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. Also, registering makes gift giving simple. Your family and friends' information can be saved, so you avoid typing in their information each time you send a gift.


  • Why did you call or e-mail me to verify my order?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.  Also, for quality control, FEAR-NONE from time to time will contact customers to see how things are going and get their feedback. 


  • How do I know that my order has been shipped?

If your order was placed Monday thru Friday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 12:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.


  • How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, please contact customer service by emailing us at info@fearnonegear.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. These orders are most likely to go out the same day as placing the order. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.


  • What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.


  • Are purchases on this website really tax-free?

We collect sales tax only in states where we have a physical office, store or dealer such as Illinois.


  • Is ordering over the internet secure?

Yes FEAR-NONE has never had a security breach. FEAR-NONE uses only the most secure payment systems and our website is as secure as they come.


  • When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

For most orders, we ship within 24-36 hours (except for Special Orders that take longer). Using Standard USPS Ground Delivery it takes about 4-5 days to receive your orders.  Expedited shipping (costing extra) gets deliveries to your door within 2 days.


  • What's the difference between "order date" and "ship date"?

“Order Date” is when your order gets placed and we enter it into our system. Shipping Date is when your order leaves our door.


  • What are your shipping fees?

These are calculated at the check-out and depend upon quantity of items you purchase, destination (inside or outside continental US), special deals (Sales which include Free Shipping), and amount purchased.


  • If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

   When ordering at the checkout, fill in the “Instructions” form and ask for a Gift Receipt (which doesn’t show the purchase amount).


  • Does CEO "Wild Bill" really eat, sleep, and drink bikes and Harley in general and ride every day?

Yes.  He needs to get a life.  He likes beer, his grand-kids, and pizza, too!


  • Does President Mike really have a Stones poster in every room, party as much has been claimed, and likes to speak to customers directly?

Yes, President "Chicago Mike" loves to call up customers at random and shoot the breeze. But, the stories concerning his social activities pale in comparison to reality.
